Our online Bullying and Harassment 2.5 Hour course meets and exceeds all WorkSafeBC training requirements.
​​This course is relevant for ALL types of industries in British Columbia.

STEP 1
Upon successful purchase from our online secure purchasing platform (click on the ORDER NOW button below for your desired quantity), you will receive study material which will be emailed to your provided email address. You can then forward the study material to all participants by email. We will email you to collect all student names.

STEP 2
Study material will include PDF study documents, PDF Power Point Presentations, Videos, Sample Forms and PDF final exams (3 exams). Complete the final exams, scan them and email the completed exams back to us or take a picture of each exam page.

STEP 3
Your exams will then be immediately marked by one of our consultants and your signed certificate of completion will be forwarded to you by email within 1 to 2 business days. This is not a pass or fail course - everyone who takes this course will receive their certification. There is no time limit to complete this course and is self paced.

3. This ONLINE course consists of powerpoint presentations, WCB handouts, sample forms, videos and 1 exam. All the answers to the exams are in the PPT's. 
4. Download the study material and forward the study material to the other students (if required). ​ Complete the final exam and forward the exam pages to the email provided to you by PDF scan document or by taking pictures of each exam page (information will be provided on the final exam copies).
5. There is no time limit to complete this course and is self paced.
6. Students full names, date and name of business must be on the exams. ​This is how we match the number of exams to your order (business name). The exams are mostly multiple choice but do have some written component sections (hint: answers to the questions are in the powerpoint). Your exam(s) will then be marked by one of our consultants and your signed certificate of completion will be forwarded to you by email within 1 to 2 business days. All participants must receive a minimum of 80% in their exams. If this result is not achieved we will contact you to re-look at the questions you got wrong so you can correct them. The exams are a form of due diligence.​

Each student can have access to a personal PC with internet or you can situate your team in a classroom and project our instructor from an audio/video setup. During this training course the instructor will conduct face-to-face training along with powerpoint presentations, worksafebc workbooks, forms and instructional videos.

​In November 2013, the British Columbia’s Workers Compensation Act (WorkSafeBC) was amended to include three new policies addressing workplace bullying and harassment.  Sections 115, 116 and 117 of the Act set out the general duties of employers, workers and supervisors. All employers in BC are required to train their Supervisors and Employees on recognizing the potential for bullying and harassment, responding to bullying and harassment, and procedures on reporting bullying and harassment incidents. Bullying and harassment in the workplace can take many forms, including verbal aggression, personal attacks, and other intimidating or humiliating behaviors. If workplace bullying and harassment is not addressed, it can lead to lost productivity, anxiety, and depression. An employer has a duty to ensure the health and safety of its workers, and as a result, employers must take all reasonable steps to prevent where possible, or otherwise minimize, workplace bullying and harassment. Workplace bullying and harassment can lead to injury, illness or death. Our Online Bullying and Harassment Training Course also includes sections on sexual harassment (human rights code) in the workplace.
