How can I purchase one of your safety manual templates?
It's very easy. Scroll down the webpage you are looking to purchase the safety template from and click on the BUY NOW button. Once you place your purchase an MS WORD format copy of the manual including forms will automatically be sent to your email address. From there all you need to do is add in your company LOGO and company NAME into the program (instructions are provided). Ensure you spell your email correctly when placing your order. If for any reason upon purchase you do not see the templates in your email inbox, no problem, just contact us and we will immediately email you a copy.
What if your safety manual template has a policy in it that does not apply to my business, can your template still work for my business?
Absolutely! If for any reason our template has a policy within it that does not apply to your business, simply delete it from your manual. Once you have deleted the policy, simply update your table of contents (we have provided you with instructions on how to do so) . For example, a Joint Health and Safety Committee is only required in certain provinces when you reach a certain amount of employees employed within your business. If you have less than 10 employees let's say for Saskatchewan or less than 20 employees for BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario; then by regulation you will not need a JHSC committee or this policy within your manual, so simply delete it from your manual. It's that easy.
Will the affordable templates OHSmanuals.ca sell from their website; pass COR or ISNTEWORLD audits?
The affordable templates we sell from our website have been developed for basic occupational health and safety regulations compliance as required per province across Canada. These safety manual templates have been developed to ensure your business is in minimum regulation compliance and so your business does not have to face possible fines, penalties, sanctions or stop work orders by local government authorities. Can I request OHSmanuals.ca to add additional safety policies or procedures to my purchased Template?
Yes, absolutely. We can add additional safety policies or procedures to your template for the following additional prices:
Health and Safety Policies $69.95 + GST per policy
Health and Safety Procedures $49.95 + GST per procedure
Exposure Control Plans $89.95 + GST per ECP
Note that payment for this upgrade (including the template) must be made prior to the actual upgrade via credit card over the phone. We request 2 to 3 business days in order to complete this upgrade for you. For the additional policies you will need to purchase the template from our website first. Then please CONTACT US to let us know which policies or procedures you would like added. We will then send you an invoice which must be paid via credit card over the phone before the final upgraded product can be forwarded to you.
Are the General Industry safety program templates okay to use in the construction industry?
General Industry means any business that works in a non-construction focused industry. If your business works in the construction industry then we recommend you purchase our CONSTRUCTION HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM TEMPLATE. Remember, it is better to have something in place rather than nothing when it comes to OHS LAW in Canada. What is the difference between the General Industry Template A versus the Template B Safety Manual?

What's included with my custom safety program if I decide to go this route?
More clients do prefer purchasing the custom programs as these programs are specific to their business. As the custom safety program is much more elaborate in content, you will receive the following elements:
During the development of your custom program we will contact you with a series of basic questions we will need answers to in order to learn more about your business. We will then have a draft copy of your program ready for you within 2 weeks for your review. We allow 30 days for you to review your program in detail and then let us know if you require any changes/edits/additions. We will conduct up to two major edits to your program from our end within this time period. Your absolute satisfaction is our main goal.

What is you return policy on online purchases?
As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received, it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund. However, we do allow our customers to review their provided programs for a period of 30 days, and if within these 30 days they find any errors in our documents, we will do our utmost best to correct the situation for you. We will make all required corrections to your program, within 5 business days, at no extra cost to our client.
Our main objective here at Greystone Safety Services is your absolute satisfaction with our product, and to ensure this Greystone Safety Services will take every possible step to correct the situation for you until you are 100% satisfied.
